Hello There!
Those who know me personally probably know I have an eclectic, sporadic personality with passions for so many random things…. Star Wars, Marvel, movies in general, Lebron and the Lakers, are the Dodgers going to choke in the playoffs again?, why calling someone a Kugelblitz is the perfect pickup line at a bar… but most importantly ARCHITECTURE.
Why Architecture?
I grew up in an environment that primed me for architecture. I was passionate about math and science at school. My family encouraged me to learn art on the side. And most importantly, my father is an architect. At a certain point in high school, I was able to put all these interests together. I decided to pursue architecture heading into college, and I have not looked back since then.
Fast forward today, I am now living in New York City and working as a Junior Designer for BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group). I was recently issued my Architects License from the California Architects Board, so I can finally say:
I am an Architect, like my father before me.
My continuous goal in my architectural career is to share my love of architecture with others and learn from everyone around me. By helping each other grow, we can design a better world for others to live in. But before exchanging some knowledge, let me tell you my journey to how I got here:
